Sinfonia Ariella String Quartet joined Milton Keynes Youth Choir and Chorale at both these services in supporting Willen Hospice.
Every year Gt Linford Church has hosted this lovely carol service to help Willen Hospice raise much needed funds. This event is getting more and more popular which led to many people having to be turned away last year due to lack of space. This time we put on two services, one at Great Linford and one at Newport Pagnell.
Both services were well attended - thank you for all your support!
RECENT WORKSHOPS
On 7th October 2009 musicians from Sinfonia Ariella and David Kirby-Ashmore (local professional baritone) led workshops at Bushfield School in Wolverton.
These workshops were linked to the concert that took place on 17th October ~ An Evening of English Music.
The children took part in musical games, musical exercises and made up their own Shakepearian song ~ a great time was had by all!!!
We would like to thank MK Community Foundation who funded these workshops and made them possible.
